Question: May product has not arrived, what should I do?
Answer: We ask that you first track your package at buteke.com\lookup and please allow to the evening of the last date on your estimated delivery time frame. If you still are unable to locate your package, please email info@buteke.com. We will review the request and quickly work to remediate.

Answer: While your order is still in the processing phase, yes. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes. Please refer to the Buteke Return/Exchange policy.

Question: My order has arrived, damaged, defective, missing parts, or is the wrong item. What should I do?

Question: Does Buteke price match or accept competitor coupons/discounts? Answer: Unfortunately, at the moment, Buteke.com does not price match. We are still a tiny little company, but as we grow, our price matching policy may change. Keep checking back.
